Hundreds of Austin residents of all ages gleefully skipped together during an Austin Skipathon through Mueller Lake Park on Saturday October 22nd that raised money and awareness for the important work Foster Angels of Central Texas does to improve the lives of children in the foster care system.
iSkip’s Kim ‘Skipper’ Corbin served as the “Skipmaster of Ceremonies” and there were designated fun stops along the one mile course that encouraged different kinds of of play, a photo booth, a dj, dancing, food trucks, and more.
It was an amazing day and we’re already looking forward to the 2nd Annual Austin Skipathon in 2017! Also be sure to stay tuned for a video w/ footage from the magical day will be coming soon. 🙂
