    The funny thing is that Madonna is over 50, but she still looks in pretty good shape. It’s all about that hollywood work out.

    my mom bought a treadmill that is motor driven, i still prefer to jog and run the old fashioned way.-.-

    I agree with the trainers point about doing the same routine building bulk. It also creates an imbalance in the body when you constantly focus on one set of muscles. For example, press-ups and pull-ups focus on different muscles. If you do press-ups you should also do pull-ups to create balance.

    It is best to start out with skipping slowly…and on solid ground vs. the treadmill when you first start out!
