Madonna’s Trainer Promotes Treadmill Skipping
Madonna & Gwenyth Paltrow’s personal trainer Tracy Anderson was recently on The Early Show singing the praises of skipping on the treadmill. Here’s the video:

I agree with the trainers point about doing the same routine building bulk. It also creates an imbalance in the body when you constantly focus on one set of muscles. For example, press-ups and pull-ups focus on different muscles. If you do press-ups you should also do pull-ups to create balance.
