Michelle Joni’s Skipping Club (via Zoom!)
Desperate times called for unique skipping measures, and the ever fabulous Michelle Joni took her Skipping Club, which formerly met in NYC, into the virtual realm via Zoom once COVID hit, and a great time was had by all.
We skipped…
*Around our neighborhoods
*Up and down Main Street
*In any park or trail that allowed us
*In our front yards and in our backyards
…. and we skipped around our living rooms/bedrooms/kitchens….all thanks to Zoom!
Virtual Skipping Club was a lot like Michelle Joni’s Skipping Club in real life….
*Weekly themes! Dress up to whatever degree you wish.
*Fun introductory games and stretching to begin
*Skipping in our respective zones to music, with frequent rest breaks for check-ins and group activities to amplify our fun, boundary-pushing mindsets.

I just watched your interview with Lee Harris! You are so amazing! I hope you know this! You have made my week! My moms nick name was Skippy! She lived to skip down the road! Not only did my mom come in but your enthusiasm and vulnerability and authenticity as well! So very rare to have this combination of gifts! It was magical to join the skipping unicorns this afternoon! The Hello Critter Yoga goats a I are sorry we had to skip out early butt 😉 the kids goat outta hand. We will be baaaack!
